For the illumination of cavities or the visualisation of anatomical structures, light similar to daylight is required to ensure that the camera image is as close to natural as possible.
The light intensity, CRI, i.e. the value for colour rendering, the service life of the lamp, but also the noise and temperature development are important factors for the quality of endoscopic light sources. In addition to our highlight products, the LED 3PRO and LED 1, we also offer a choice of classic versions with xenon technology and hybrid models.

LED light sources are generally characterised by a long service life, low temperature development and what is now a very high CRI value. This technology therefore offers many advantages over previous standards.
LED 3 PRO - the RZ benchmark
The LED 3 PRO impresses with its 374W equivalent output with one light output. Its CRI value is extremely close to the daylight spectrum and can therefore perfectly illuminate and display all body cavities. Despite its high output, the noise level is very low.
Operation is simple with just a few buttons and the integrated Turret adapter means that many commercially available light cable connections can be used.
We guarantee a lifetime performance of at least 20000 hours.

The LED1 with 180W equivalent power offers all the advantages of LED technology and is our economical alternative to the LED3 PRO. Xenon light sources traditionally impress with their high luminous efficacy and high colour rendering.
X7 - The Hybird light source with a xenon primary light source and a backup LED 150, so you can enjoy the benefits of xenon technology and have a reliable backup system to fall back on at any time if the xenon lamp fails or needs replacing. Both connections are equipped with flexible Turret adapters.

Lumen X7
RZ has a very comprehensive range of fibre optic cables and adapters for light transmission to the optics.
Fibre optic cables in 2.5mm, 3.5mm and 4.8mm, in various lengths, can be combined with adapters on the device side and optics side with all common major manufacturers. We therefore provide comprehensive connectivity between RZ and any existing equipment.
