Small joints

We stand for the most modern arthroscopes with outstanding image quality.

For the small joints of the distal limbs we have ArthView optics in 1.9mm - 2.4mm - 2.7mm diameter and FullHD resolution.

All arthroscopes show a realistic reproduction of the anatomy with excellent illumination of the image. For all arthroscopes, there are matching Arthflow stems, which can be coupled to the occulas by means of a quick coupling. This makes it easy to use and quick to deploy in the OR.

The arthroscopes show high durability and are fully autoclavable.

The RZ shafts are manufactured specifically for the optics and thus guarantee a combination with the optics from 0° to 70°. The ArthVance stems have a QuickLock connection system and are available in different sizes, lengths and designs for all arthroscopic applications.

The ArthFlow sockets have a high flow rate and flush holes for good visibility. Furthermore, there are HighFlow shafts for even better flushing performance. The shafts securely enclose the tip of the arthroscope and the rounded tip prevents injury to the meniscus. The rinsing holes are recessed to reduce tissue entanglement.

The obturators with the different tips can be selected separately according to preference.

The hand instruments are the extended hand in the joint. Our 2.7mm instruments with sliding shaft mechanism provide a direct transmission of force from the hand to the jaw for a precise tactile feel. On the one hand, the pinless mechanism is very robust and thus reduces the risk of a material book. Furthermore, this technology allows for an extremely flat design. This ensures easier access to lesions in narrow joint spaces.

These special and sensitive instruments are for the narrow distal joint cavities. Despite the extremely thin diameter, they are reliable and can be cleaned through the integrated flushing channel.

The extremely sharp cutting edges of our punches and scissors ensure precise resection control. The manufacturing technology from Tuttlingen and the precise stainless steel edges enable maximum sharpness and durability. The well-known lotus surface facilitates cleaning and increases the corrosion resistance of the instruments. All ArthVance instruments have an integrated irrigation channel and LuerLock connection for cleaning.
